Please see the following information about refunds and other policies related to the postponement of Electrification 2020.

We remain energized about continuing the momentum on electrification and hope to see you at Electrification 2021 next spring in Charlotte. Thank you for your understanding, as well as your ongoing interest and support.

Will I get a refund for my conference registration?

Yes, you will have the option of a full refund, as well as the option to roll over your registration monies to Electrification 2021. You will receive an email in the next two weeks with more details.

For refunds, if you paid for your registration with a credit card, you will see that amount applied back to that card. If you registered 120 days ago or longer and used a credit card, we will need to issue you a check.

How do I cancel my hotel room?

All hotel reservations that were made through our website hotel link will be automatically cancelled. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not have your reservation in their system. If you made your reservation independent of the Electrification 2020 website, you will need to contact the hotel directly to process your cancellation.

How do I cancel my flight arrangements?

You will need to cancel your flights via the method in which you made these reservations. EPRI is not responsible for any expenses incurred relating to your flight arrangements.

If I was an exhibitor, will I get a refund for my exhibit booth fees?

As soon as we have finalized the new dates for spring 2021, you will be given the option to roll exhibit/booth monies to next year or to ask for a refund. We will update you shortly about the process for each of these two options but hope you will plan to exhibit with us in Charlotte at Electrification 2021.

How do I get a credit/refund for Exhibit Service Orders I have already placed?

Freeman orders (carpet, cleaning, exhibit rentals, labor)

  • Freeman will contact you directly regarding any orders placed. They are currently working through the process internally and will reach out via email ASAP.

PSAV orders (monitor, computer equipment)
  • PSAV has begun processing the cancellation of orders. Exhibitors have not been charged for their orders since no charges are applied until items are delivered onsite.

SmartCity orders (power/electrical and internet)

ATS (lead retrieval)
  • ATS will issue refunds. A refund invoice will be emailed to the person who placed the order.
